Christyna Y. Peña, FRP, is a born and raised native Floridian and former rower, coxswain, and assistant coach for Melbourne High School Crew. Mrs. Peña is a prior alumna of Kent State University in Ohio, earning her Paralegal Degree in 2015 and became a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal in 2021.
Mrs. Peña has over a decade of legal experience concentrated on family law, corporate law, and estate planning. Her experience in family law focuses on complex high net worth divorce litigation and collaboration, paternity, child custody, pre-marital agreements, post-nuptial agreements, as well as other relevant family law matters.
Mrs. Peña works directly with clients during the entire pendency of the matter, to comply with financial disclosure requirements, discovery responses and the preparation of financial affidavits. In addition, she assists attorneys and forensic accountants with the identification, tracing, and characterization of assets in complex property cases and with the preparation of various income, net worth, and equitable distribution schedules.
